Why do I need business consulting? |

Starting and running a business is difficult work, and the ultimate goal of creating value is even more challenging.
You know you need business consulting when you:
- Have questions about your business that you don't have the capacity or capability to address
- Feel that your business is running you rather than you running your business
- Crave efficiency but don't know where to begin
- Have a good sense of where you want to go but don't know how to get there
- Constantly feel that you need another set of eyes when you are trying to make important business decisions
- Have a concept but don't know what steps to take next
Synergy's focus is on maximizing the return on your investment, and we believe there is great cost to inaction. We consult during three main phases of business: the start up and planning phase, the growth phase and the dissolution phase. If you are an entrepreneur or business owner that fits into one of those phases and don't have the capability and/or the capacity to move forward, we can assist you in getting to the next level. Of course, the sooner we are involved, the greater the chances of success in maximizing the value of your business.

When is the best time to engage in business consulting? |
There is no bad time to engage in business consulting. With that said, we strongly believe there is a cost to inaction so the sooner we are involved in your business, the greater the chance of maximizing the value of your business. Of course, the timing is up to you, but we highly recommend not putting off consulting because of short-term cash flows needs. We encourage you to invest early to see long-term results.

Is there is a difference between cost savings and value creation? |
Yes, we believe there is a big difference between cost savings and value creation. Cost savings may help in the short run but will not foster value creation alone in the long run. By focusing on how the components of a business can work together most efficiently instead of focusing on short-term cash flow savings, there is a greater chance for maximizing the value of your business.
